Our doors are built with pride by conscientious craftsmen in a variety of decorative designs and colours. Although we use modern techniques and equipment, each door is carefully assembled by skilled hands. We use meticulous quality control inspections to ensure your door will not only look beautiful but will perform its function, for years to come.

Quality starts with high grade steel tubing, made to our exact specifications. Using a computer aided measuring system, all door frames are cut to exact measurements, assuring a perfect size door every time.

Doors are clamped into special welding fixtures and steel frames and bars provide additional security. Door frame welds are then carefully ground and polished to a smooth finish, making the welds virtually invisible. After welding, grinding & polishing, and prior to painting, doors are pre-treated in a high pressure wash system designed to clean and chemically treat steel for corrosion protection.
Then a baked on powder coat finish is applied. This ultra-smooth finish offers protection against rust and severe weather conditions to make sure the beauty lasts for years.

Doors are coated with electrostatic spray guns with a heavy coat of polyester powder coating then baked at high temperatures to ensure a durable uniform high quality paint finish. During final assembly, skilled craftsmen pre-hang the door in a frame, install glass and screen panels, and inspect the door for quality control. Doors are carefully inspected once again and packaged with custom designed packaging materials to ensure the product is delivered in excellent condition.
